Travelling sustainably to the new office
There are several sustainable travel options to choose from to get to the new Saltisford office. Take a look at the information below to find what best suits you.
π΄πΎ Walking and cycling
There are a number of walking and cycling routes that go to the new office. Check out the Warwickshire Cycling map and the Warwick & Leamington Active Travel map to plan your route.
There are lockable bike stores on site, so your bicycle will be safe and secure whilst you're at work. Lockers from the Riverside House
Don't have a bike? Sign up to the Cycle to Work scheme, which allows you to purchase a bicycle and spread the cost over 12 months. The price of the bike and equipment is heavily reduced compared to if it was bought elsewhere.
π Bus
Bus Route 1 (Warwick - South Farm) runs every 20 minutes and takes you directly to the new office. Other services such as 15, X16, X17 and X18 will take you to Warwick Bus Station, which is a 10 minute walk away.
To plan your journey, take a look at or try:
π Train
Warwick Station is a 15 minute walk away from the office. Chiltern and West Midlands Railways operate direct services from here to Stratford, Birmingham and London. Folding bikes are permitted at all times on their trains.
Use the National Rail Journey Planner to work out your rail route.
π ΏοΈπΆπΌ Park & Stride
If none of the options above are suitable, why not give 'Park & Stride' a go? Rather than parking at Saltisford, where there are only 25 allotted spaces, try a nearby WDC car park and walk the rest of the way. Remember to display your pass if you do so:
- West Rock (7 minute walk)
- Hampton Road (22 minute walk)
